Job Responsibility:

  • Review borrower’s requirements and objectives, and make sure reasonable enquiries are taken to meet responsible lending and best interest duty requirements
  • Take reasonable steps to verify borrowers’ individual information and financial situation to make sure client is able to meet all repayments without suffering significant hardship
  • Ensure in-depth understanding of products and lender credit policy, make sure the application could be approved and is not unsuitable to borrowers
  • Strictly abide by the company’s risk control & compliance policies, and take the initiative to propose risk control plans when necessary
  • Working with brokers to prepare application forms for clients, gathering the required supporting documents and NCCP files
  • Draft application submission summary and submit the application to lenders once acknowledged by brokers
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the processing of loans for approval and settlement
  • Make proper application processing notes
  • Follow the SOP and process accordingly

Requirements:

  • Strang command of English, able to fulfill all duties with English
  • Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Good time management and team player
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably majored in Finance, Accounting or other business-related field
  • At least one year of relevant industry experience
