As a Credit Administrator, you will be the backbone of the credit department, ensuring that applications and financial data flow smoothly through our systems. You’ll work closely with Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Accurately inputting financial data and maintaining client records
Preparing, filing, and verifying credit loan documents
Performing initial checks to ensure all applications meet regulatory and internal policy requirements
Following up with internal stakeholders for missing information or clarifications
Assisting the team with the preparation of weekly credit status reports
Requirements
Previous experience in administration, ideally within finance, banking, or accounting
High level of proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and a knack for picking up new software quickly
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
Must be available for an immediate start and able to commit to the full 2-month duration
Valid working rights in Australia (WHV holders welcome)
