Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-enrollment with multiple payers
Maintain and track provider data using an internal credentialing tracker system
Ensure CAQH profiles are accurate and attested every 120 days
Proactively follow up with payers to keep applications on track and resolve delays
Support new provider onboarding, ensuring all credentialing requirements are met
Act as a key liaison between providers, payers, and internal teams
Monitor compliance to ensure providers remain eligible to practice without interruption
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, or a closely related healthcare administrative function
Hands-on knowledge of provider credentialing, physician credentialing, and re-credentialing application workflows
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting time-sensitive deadlines
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize data and work with formulas for tracking purposes
Working proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment or credentialing procedures is preferred
Proven ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate online portals and internal tracking tools efficiently
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes is a plus
Credentialing experience is highly preferred, but candidates with strong administrative backgrounds and the ability to learn quickly will be considered
