Creche Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Crèche Supervisor to join our team and support the Crèche Manager in providing a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children. You will ensure the crèche is fully compliant with regulatory guidelines, while motivating and leading the Crèche Assistants to deliver high-quality care. In this role, you will support the development of exciting new initiatives, create a welcoming space for both children and parents and ensure the crèche operates smoothly. As a role model, you'll inspire your team and play a key part in maintaining a positive, safe and nurturing environment. You'll also have the opportunity to deputise for the Crèche Manager when required.
