Job Responsibility:

  • Create a safe, secure and stimulating crèche environment
  • Use play and education to support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and psychological development
  • Inspire and coach your team
  • Work with the Site General Manager to develop plans for growing what we offer
  • Keep up with the latest changes in childcare legislation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a crèche environment
  • Experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of statutory childcare requirements
  • NNEB, NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC or BA (Hons) level qualification
  • EYPS qualification (ideal)
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (ideal)
  • Food hygiene qualification (ideal)
