Build the content library for new digital marketplaces from scratch as the 'Head of Supply.' Find, vet, and onboard the best independent designers in specific creative verticals to join Cricut's new ecosystem. Act as the bridge between external creators and internal product teams.
Job Responsibility:
Partnership Outreach: High-volume talent sourcing via Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy
Negotiate and close contracts with independent creators
Scale content library for launch
Curator: Quality control of portfolios
Trend spotting in maker space
Ensure visual standards for content
Community Lead: Onboard and engage creators
Advocate for creators with Product & Engineering teams
Manage pipeline of hundreds of partners using tools like HubSpot or Airtable
Requirements:
3-5+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, Client Success (CSM), or Community Management
Experience managing a roster of clients or community members (CSM factor)
E-Commerce fluency with digital goods or creator platforms
Sales acumen with track record of cold outreach, pipeline management, and closing deals
Demonstrated aesthetic judgment and ability to curate content
Marketplace DNA - understanding of two-sided marketplaces
Commercial eye for digital assets
Comfortable with ambiguity
Bias for urgency
High standards and ownership
Ability to stay focused and prioritize
