Job Description

We’re hiring a Creator Marketing Lead to scale the number of creators and marketers using our Creative Platform. The product already serves millions of users and generates hundreds of millions in revenue — now it’s time to take it to the next level. Your challenge is to grow creator adoption to reach tens of millions of paying users and billions in revenue. You’ll lead the creator marketing team and drive this growth through sharp positioning, impactful launches, organic social strategy, and close collaboration with paid marketing and SEO leads. Your north star is creator sign-ups. This role is a unique blend of brand marketing, product marketing, focused on creators. Day to day, you’ll craft crisp creator messaging, ideate and run creative campaigns, ship huge launches, and spin up and test new growth channels. This is a hybrid of an IC and manager role, with millions in budget per year and authority to scale your team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing at fast-growing companies, or have successfully built and sold your own products
  • Deeply understand creators: what resonates (and what doesn’t), where they spend their time, and how to position products that truly connect with them
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and/or SQL to measure and understand the impact of your work
  • Sharp copywriter who can craft messaging that cuts through the noise
  • Multi-channel experience, including at least one of: organic social, YouTube, influencers/affiliates, or partnerships
  • Operate with ownership, autonomy, and a strong bias to action
  • Know how to (vibe) code
  • Understand the culture of the internet and creators
