As a pivotal link between platform technology and creators, you will lead the design of AI-driven toolsets and ecosystem construction for 3D content creators. You are expected to have a profound understanding of global AI workflows, Agents, and emerging architectural trends. Your mission is to transform cutting-edge technology into intuitive product solutions that lower creation barriers and boost productivity, driving growth for both creators and the platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the roadmap for the creator AI toolchain
  • Gain deep insights into pain points across different creator tiers, designing end-to-end solutions from workflow extraction to content production
  • Responsible for core modules such as visual workflow orchestration, AI Agent scheduling, and node-based creation processes
  • Encapsulate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly product forms
  • Drive the iteration of core creation tools
  • Track advancements in LLMs, multimodal generation (Image/Video/Audio/3D), RAG, and Agents
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to expand tool boundaries
  • Design diversified creator incentive schemes and rights systems (e.g., sharing and trading of Workflows/Skills)
  • Establish fair value distribution rules
  • Collaborate with operations and algorithm teams to develop content distribution and traffic regulation strategies
  • Balance commercial goals with user experience
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analysis to steer product direction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Internet Product Manager
  • Experience in AI-powered tools, creator platforms, or AIGC products is highly preferred
  • Strong logical thinking and abstraction skills
  • Adept at handling complex business processes and system interactions
  • Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear product solutions
  • Familiar with mainstream AI Workflow/Agent tools (e.g., Dify, ComfyUI, n8n, Lora, Manus, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in usage or design
  • Excellent empathy for content creators
  • Ability to translate their demands into competitive product features
  • Strong business acumen and a macro perspective
  • Able to focus on product details while thinking strategically about long-term ecosystem development
