As a Creative Visual Designer, you’ll be responsible for elevating the visual identity of Legends’ Global’s new business deliverables — from initial concept to final design. You’ll collaborate closely with business development leaders, writers, and strategists to translate ideas and stories into compelling visuals that showcase the power of Legends Global’s brand and capabilities. You’ll work quickly and confidently in PowerPoint, InDesign, and other design tools, balancing creativity with efficiency to deliver top-tier work under tight deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Design visually engaging pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials that tell the Legends Global story with clarity and creativity
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across divisions
Collaborate with business development leads and writers to bring strategy, data, and storytelling to life visually
Manage your own workload and timelines to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive, visually impactful layouts
Develop templates, graphic assets, and design systems that enhance team efficiency and consistency
Actively contribute creative ideas that improve the quality and effectiveness of Legends Global’s business development materials
Support the continuous improvement of internal design workflows and creative tools
Balance multiple projects while staying flexible, responsive, and solutions oriented
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or marketing design, ideally within sports, entertainment, or an agency environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation, proposal, or brand design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Passion for visual storytelling, typography, layout, and brand systems
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and composure under pressure
Team-first attitude — collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn from feedback
Comfortable working at speed and adapting to evolving priorities
