Job Responsibility:
Designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations that reflect the brand’s image and style in order to drive hotel revenue
Partners with marketing managers and related operational departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables
Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral
Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates
Executes various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in Graphic Design/Cinematography/ Videography
3 to 5 years Graphic Design experience
Strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and animation with a fresh, out-of-the-box creative approach
Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate), CorelDRAW, Figma, Sketch, and Canva
Solid knowledge of videography, cinematography, and video editing, including color grading, sound syncing, and storytelling
Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for various platforms
Experience in content writing and visual storytelling to enhance design impact
Skilled in social media content creation and uploads, with an understanding of platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Familiarity with 3D design and animation tools (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus
Knowledge of digital asset management, cloud storage systems (Google Drive, Dropbox), and collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Asana, Notion, Monday.com, MS Teams)
Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and design trends
Ability to work with audio editing tools (Audition, Logic Pro, GarageBand) for video projects
Comfortable with basic photography/videography equipment, lighting setups, and production workflows
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
Familiarity with 3D design and animation tools (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, Unity, Unreal Engine)
Experience in content writing and visual storytelling to enhance design impact
