Our creative development process is fully human-led and we do not use AI-generated creative in client advertising. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Creative Lead to oversee the development and performance of creative across both client and internal campaigns. This role requires a strong combination of creative expertise, team management, and operational organization. The ideal candidate is someone who can personally develop ads that perform while also effectively managing a creative team through strong delegation, prioritization, feedback, and workload management. This is a hands-on role that combines both creative production and team oversight. The right candidate will be comfortable creating high-performing ad creative while also helping guide the day-to-day workflow and output of the creative team. As a fully remote company, we are looking for someone who is highly self-directed, communicates proactively, and has experience collaborating with and managing remote teams effectively.
