Job Description:

EdEx are currently working with a long-standing client primary school in the Borough of Sutton, to find a vibrant and engaging Teaching Assistant to join their team! This diverse primary school is currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join their team supporting pupils within EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) KS1 as well as pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs). If you are a graduate who can contribute to this primary school’s ‘respect, resilience, and readiness’ values then this role is for you!

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN & behavioural requirements
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
Use your creativity and compassion to excite and educate the pupils

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children
A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish within
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
A genuine passion for education
