Job Description:

Vibrant and engaging Teaching Assistant to join a primary school team supporting pupils within EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) KS1 as well as pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs). The school values respect, resilience, and readiness.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN & behavioural requirements
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
Use creativity and compassion to excite and educate pupils
Provide general support to pupils with their education
Provide targeted 1:1 support to pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay and Down Syndrome
Assist with the management of the class
Carry out interventions
Deliver programmes tailored to children's needs

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and confident to use innovation to create fun activities
A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish
Genuine passion for education

Nice to have:

Aspiring Primary Teachers
