Job Description:

A Primary School in Derby is hiring Creative Teaching Assistants to support education with an opportunity to train as salaried Primary Teachers by 2026. The role involves working closely with students, including support for mild SEN such as Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD, and offering creative sessions. The job provides professional development, a diverse curriculum, and a welcoming team.

Job Responsibility:

Work in preferred Key Stage (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
Deliver creative sessions
Support the Class Teacher with whole class tasks
Run targeted interventions for English and Maths
Support students with mild SEN such as Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD

Requirements:

Recent graduate
Passion for supporting in education
Creative and bubbly personality
Interest in becoming a Primary Teacher
Ability to support mild SEN such as Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD

Nice to have:

Experience working with children
Experience supporting SEN students
