Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to run our creative studio and its projects with efficiency and finesse. This is a pivotal mid-level role that ensures our creative team produces high-quality social ad content on time and on process, while keeping clients happy and well-informed. You will be the bridge between our creative team, paid media team and our clients, streamlining workflows, implementing new operational processes, and making sure everyone follows them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, traffic management, or creative operations, preferably in a creative agency or digital content environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with many moving parts
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Experience working directly with clients or account teams
  • Passionate about process design and enforcement
  • Effective at leading meetings and rallying teams
  • Cool-headed and solutions-focused when challenges arise
  • Very comfortable with project management and collaboration tools
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and creative best practices for platforms
  • Comfortable with pulling and interpreting basic data
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple time zones or regions
