Lime Media is a fast-growing experiential marketing production company that brings brand visions to life at scale — across custom-wrapped vehicles, branded structures, and one-of-a-kind mobile experiences deployed nationwide. We don't create the campaign; we make it real. Our clients trust us to take their world-class creative and translate it flawlessly onto assets that don't come with a template. We're looking for the operational brain behind that translation. As Creative Studio Operations Lead, you are the hub between the brands and agencies we serve and the production team that executes their vision. You're not here to design campaigns — you're here to ensure that every piece of creative that comes through our doors gets applied to our assets with precision, speed, and craft. This is a studio operations leadership role. You'll own the workflow from creative intake to final install, managing a team of 2D & 3D graphics specialists, CNC technicians, and drafters while serving as the primary technical liaison with clients, project managers, and vendors. You'll be the person who looks at a brand's digital asset and immediately understands what it takes to wrap it around a double-decker bus — and builds the process to do it repeatably, profitably, and on time.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end production workflow: creative intake → file prep & drafting → print/plot → laminate → install
  • Build and maintain production schedules across concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
  • Manage capacity planning across your team and escalate resource needs proactively
  • Receive client and agency creative assets and lead the process of adapting them to Lime's unique asset specs (vehicles, structures, custom formats)
  • Develop and maintain master templates, cut files, and technical documentation for recurring asset types
  • Serve as the internal expert on file requirements, substrate considerations, color management, and print-to-install accuracy
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of 2D & 3D graphics specialists, CNC technicians, and drafters
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs tied to quality, throughput, and margin
  • Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
  • Translate complex technical production requirements into clear, actionable direction for non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with project managers to align on timelines, flag risks early, and communicate status transparently
  • Manage vendor relationships for overflow production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
  • Implement and enforce QC checkpoints at every stage of production
  • Ensure all output meets client brand standards and Lime's margin and turnaround benchmarks
  • Continuously identify process gaps and drive improvements that reduce rework and errors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative studio operations, print production management, or a closely related field — ideally within experiential marketing, out-of-home, or large-format production
  • Proven ability to manage a production team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong technical fluency in large-format print production: file prep, color management, material selection, and finishing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools, and project management platforms
  • Experience with vinyl wrap and vehicle graphics is strongly preferred
  • A natural 'translator' — equally comfortable talking substrate specs with a technician and brand integrity with a client
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping the ball
  • Clear, direct communicator — written and verbal

  • Background in experiential, event, or mobile marketing production
  • Familiarity with fleet wrapping at scale
  • Experience building or formalizing production workflows from the ground up
