We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Strategy Lead to join our Creative team, focused on Cash App. You will develop and implement campaign, creative, and brand strategies for our Cash App Creative team, ensuring compelling creative output across all campaign efforts. This role involves an in-depth understanding of our Cash App audience, and close collaboration with the marketing, creative, and product teams to increase brand growth, awareness, and engagement for the business.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and brief campaigns and larger GTM efforts
Create detailed creative briefs for marketing campaigns
Partner with the creative team to bring creative concepts and campaigns to life
Develop in-depth audience and cultural insights
Drive high quality creative work
Serve as a necessary liaison between Marketing and Creative
Requirements:
12+ years of creative and/or brand strategy experience
MUST have both agency side and in-house experience
bachelor's degree
seniority in the strategic space
experience working in a creative agency environment
comfortable working as an embedded strategist within a creative team
experience working on culture-forward brands
deep love and obsession with culture and how it impacts brands and creativity
