You’ll be a core member of our newly formed in-house Creative Studio, acting as the strategic partner and creative lead behind high-impact marketing and communication campaigns across mobile.de. You’ll support both B2C and B2B stakeholders – from consumer and product marketing, to dealer-facing sales initiatives – by shaping briefs, leading ideation, and ensuring content delivers against business and brand goals. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with brand, performance, sales, product, CRM, product marketing, UX/UI, and copywriting teams to bring creative ideas to life, with a focus on relevance, reach, and results.
Job Responsibility:
Develop strategic campaign concepts and communication messaging frameworks for initiatives across B2C and B2B
Lead creative ideation sessions and act as a sparring partner for marketing, sales, and product stakeholders
Translate business and campaign goals into clear briefs for designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external partners
Guide creative development through concepting, iterations, and feedback loops to ensure alignment and impact
Collaborate closely with performance marketing to ensure creative strategies are measurable and optimized for growth
Contribute to ongoing development of messaging guidelines, audience segmentation, and brand positioning frameworks
Juggle multiple projects and briefs while maintaining strategic clarity and creative consistency
Monitor industry, cultural, and platform trends to inform and inspire relevant, timely creative thinking
Requirements:
Proven track record of developing creative strategies that drive business growth and brand equity across B2C and B2B environments
Experience working across various channels (Social Media, Digital Performance, CRM, B2B Communication, Brand including ATL initiatives)
Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and detailed understanding of local market nuances
Fluent in English for internal communication
Strong communicator and creative thinker able to connect business goals to audience insights
Experience working in agile marketing teams and juggling multiple projects across functions and timelines
Performance-aware and driven by campaign success and results
Collaborative mindset and enjoy working with copywriters, designers, marketers, internal stakeholders and external partners
Experienced with integrating AI tools and developing AI-assisted workflows to accelerate strategy and creative development
Ability to dive deep into product structures to develop creative solutions for product marketing
