As a Creative Strategist, you will be at the forefront of the creative revolution—harnessing the power of AI, data, and technology to transform marketing and storytelling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, scale, and execute breakthrough solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Job Responsibility:
Build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agencies that position Meta for success
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, measurement, and more, to refine, align and scale creative approaches to maximize campaign or product adoption
Set creative vision and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
Develop, present, and operationalize systems of ideas that influence and drive client action
Stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new technologies, and champion creative experimentation and emerging capabilities - especially in the space of AI
Operate as a hands-on builder, bringing ideas to life from concept to execution, and scaling breakthrough solutions globally
Become an AI-native, leveraging internal and external tools that improve team productivity and deliver impact
Contribute to global Creative Shop initiatives, case studies, and best practices
Represent Creative Shop and Meta at industry events, contribute to global initiatives, and inspire the broader creative community
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in roles within digital advertising, brand marketing, creative agencies, tech companies, or innovative content platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design or an equivalent field is required
Proven track record of delivering impactful, tech or social-first creative solutions
Basic understanding of Meta’s suite of ad products (Reels, Feed, Stories, etc.)
Conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills (short-form video, design, copywriting, etc.)
Data fluency—experience working with analytics, experimentation, and measurement tools
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset—tenacious, adaptable, and excited by constant change
High-level fluency in English and Korean languages, both verbal and written, to comfortably directly interact and collaborate in a dynamic work environment with multinational speaking teams and external clients
Nice to have:
Experience with data analysis or consultancy backgrounds
Experience in brand and/or performance marketing across multiple verticals (e.g., Retail, Marketplace, e-Commerce, Beauty, CPG and Cross-Border Businesses)
Hands-on experience with creative software (Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, GenAI Creative Tools and new technologies)
Experience working with engineering, product and data teams to deliver innovative solutions
