We are hiring for an all-natural supplement brand that generated US$5M in revenue during its first year and is now on track to surpass US$40M+ in its second year. We need one direct-response copywriter to own the concepts, leads, and scripts that will scale our Meta spend from US$2M/month to US$5M/month+ over the next 12 months. Who You Will Work With: You will directly collaborate with a seasoned founder who has over 5 years in e-commerce and has spent over US$100M on Meta ads. You will have access to real ownership over the copy, with the opportunity to receive feedback from someone with extensive ad budget experience.
Job Responsibility
Drive growth on our Meta ad account by writing high-converting leads, scripts, and angles
Conduct competitor and market research using the Meta Ad Library and TikTok
Develop concepts and brief production that is clear enough for editors to execute
Analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies based on data
Manage the creative pipeline end-to-end in Airtable
Requirements
Experienced direct-response writer with a strong understanding of awareness levels and conversion strategies
Detail-oriented with strong opinions on ad effectiveness
A self-starter driven by output and willing to learn from data and customer feedback
Fluency with direct-response copy, including leads, VSLs, and advertorials
E-commerce experience is a plus, but a strong interest in DTC brands is essential
