The Creative Strategist will develop and drive forward the narrative and editorial strategy for campaigns that resonate with audiences across various platforms, including events, websites, blogs, and social media.
Job Responsibility:
Lead creative strategy, development, and execution for campaigns, events, and digital content
Develop innovative strategies to engage audiences across platforms
Manage print, digital, event, and social media program deliverables
Oversee all deliverable creation, ensuring brand alignment
Track campaign progress and refine strategies based on feedback
Leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows
Manage vendors/agencies and ensure work is on time and on budget
Collaborate with marketing, brand, demand gen, and product teams
Partner with agencies to bring concepts to life
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications, or related
5+ years of in-house or agency experience with B2B campaigns
Strong track record in creative execution and brand impact
Comfortable driving new, innovative approaches
Experience managing creative workflows for internal and external teams
Proficient in creative and marketing deliverables
Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
Creative direction and strategic mindset
