We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us concept and shape long-form content for some seriously exciting brands and companies.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and pitch YouTube-native formats, series ideas, and one-off content concepts
Guide producers with strong story instincts—reviewing outlines, shaping narratives, and giving clear notes
Craft compelling title and thumbnail strategies that drive clicks and deliver on the promise
Obsess over YouTube, spot trends, bring fresh creative POVs to the table, and help elevate the overall work
Collaborate across strategy, production, and post production to make content that earns real engagement
Requirements:
2–4+ years experience working on non-fiction, non-kids YouTube channels (at a media company, brand, agency, or creator side)

understand how to think in thumbnails, write clickable titles, and develop repeatable formats
creative, collaborative, curious—and hungry to grow
