Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading beauty company to find a talented Creative Strategist, Paid Social to join their innovative marketing team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with most work-from-home, based in Montclair, NJ, and lasts approximately 5 to 9 weeks.

Job Responsibility

  • Conceptualize and implement comprehensive paid social campaign strategies across various product launches and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, brief, and review creative content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and platform requirements
  • Analyze social media trends, audience insights, and performance data to optimize creative approaches continuously
  • Manage creative workflows from idea generation through final approval, maintaining project timelines and quality standards
  • Identify new audience segments through research and execute strategies to expand reach and engagement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, preferably within beauty, wellness, or fashion sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise with a variety of creative formats, including UGC, influencer content, and lo-fi style assets
  • Proficiency in paid social platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a strong understanding of their creative and technical requirements
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt to fast-paced environments

Nice to have

Experience with trend research, audience insights, and integrating AI tools into creative workflows is a plus
