We’re partnering with a leading beauty company to find a talented Creative Strategist, Paid Social to join their innovative marketing team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with most work-from-home, based in Montclair, NJ, and lasts approximately 5 to 9 weeks.
Job Responsibility:
Conceptualize and implement comprehensive paid social campaign strategies across various product launches and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, brief, and review creative content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and platform requirements
Analyze social media trends, audience insights, and performance data to optimize creative approaches continuously
Manage creative workflows from idea generation through final approval, maintaining project timelines and quality standards
Identify new audience segments through research and execute strategies to expand reach and engagement
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, preferably within beauty, wellness, or fashion sectors
Demonstrated expertise with a variety of creative formats, including UGC, influencer content, and lo-fi style assets
Proficiency in paid social platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a strong understanding of their creative and technical requirements
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt to fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
Experience with trend research, audience insights, and integrating AI tools into creative workflows
