Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to own the end-to-end creative strategy for the gambling industry. Your role is to constantly research competitors, identify winning creative patterns, brief designers clearly and quickly, launch ads, analyse performance, and continuously improve FTD CPA. You’ll work with a strong design team that executes fast; provide sharp direction, not hand-holding. This is a performance-driven role where results matter, and you’re expected to move quickly, think independently, and use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Runway to work at 2x speed,scale creative output, and optimise the creative testing loop.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own competitor research across Meta, TikTok, and industry tools to identify winning creative patterns in casino, sweepstakes, and crypto verticals
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to rapidly summarise insights, spot trends, and scale research output
  • Develop high-impact creative concepts, hooks, formats, and messaging based on market and performance insights
  • Write clear, fast, and actionable creative briefs for designers and video editors (UGC, static, video)
  • Translate data and research into strong creative direction, including audience context, platform nuances, and success metrics
  • Track and analyse creative performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) with FTD CPA as the primary KPI
  • Review ad-level performance in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
  • Build and own creative testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and structured A/B testing frameworks
  • Continuously iterate and scale winning creatives using performance learnings and generative AI tools
  • Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and media buyers to align creative execution with campaign goals
  • Present creative strategies, test results, and performance insights clearly to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social (agency or brand side)
  • Proven track record of creating profitable ads with measurable ROAS and CPA improvements
  • Strong experience managing Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) creative strategy
  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research, competitor analysis, and brief writing
  • Experience with generative AI tools for creative workflows (Midjourney, Runway, or similar)
  • Excellent creative brief writing and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of creative testing methodologies (A/B testing, hooks, formats, angles)
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad copy, headlines, hooks, and scripts
  • Experience with competitor research and market analysis using spy tools (Meta Ad Library, Foreplay, MagicBrief)
  • Self-starter who works autonomously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience in casino, sweepstakes, iGaming, crypto, or regulated verticals
  • Understanding of advertising compliance and platform restrictions for regulated industries
