Shuttlerock is seeking a Creative Specialist with strong experience in creative project management, digital marketing, and client service. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead projects from brief to delivery, acting as the main point of contact while collaborating closely with our in-house Studio and in-market teams. You’ll provide strategic guidance, ensure every asset is on-brand and on-brief, and deliver high-quality digital creative on time. This role is based in Mexico City and requires a minimum two days per week in office.
Job Responsibility:
Project Management: Lead digital creative projects from concept to delivery, driving quality, clarity, and timelines that meet or exceed expectations.
Champion Creative Excellence: Bridge clients and production teams to deliver best-in-class creative that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
Client Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact, translating client needs into actionable briefs and feedback. Build trusted, long-term relationships.
Quality Assurance: Review all creative to ensure it’s on-brief, on-brand, and platform-ready.
Client & Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of client brands, goals, and creative needs. Stay current on trends, best practices, and Shuttlerock capabilities, sharing insights to keep work ahead of the curve.
Stakeholder Communication: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage project meetings, and support QBR prep and participation.
Client Onboarding: Support the Client Success Manager in guiding new clients through ShuttlerockCloud, laying the foundation for long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be highly proficient in English
3+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing or creative
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail in delivering on-brand creative and maintaining high standards of client service
Confident in building client relationships and leading calls, meetings, and presentations.
Strong experience in translating client briefs into production-ready creative briefs
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable working in fast-moving, startup environments
Nice to have:
Experience in creative strategy or campaign planning is a plus
Strong understanding of social media platforms. Advertising platform certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus
