  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate messaging into scroll-stopping visuals
  • Build and manage a scalable asset library for each venture
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting visuals to different audiences and formats
  • Track creative performance and continuously iterate based on data and feedback

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.

  • Ability to design for multiple platforms and formats (video, static, motion)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple brand identities and startups
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Nice to have

  • Experience working at a startup, agency, or creative team in the tech space
  • Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPM, etc.) and how they relate to creative decisions
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing tools (After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
  • Ability to balance creative innovation with performance optimization
  • Bonus: experience building visuals for AI-driven products or user education flows

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • Access to a high volume of design and creative experimentation across ventures
  • Autonomy and ownership over full creative processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership
  • The opportunity to shape how multiple AI startups look, feel, and convert
