Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Specialist to join the team. As our Creative Specialist, you’ll report to the Junior Art Director and bring the DECJUBA brand vision to life through compelling, commercial and trend-driven styling. Working across campaign imagery and motion content, you’ll create standout looks that elevate our visual assets across all DECJUBA brands. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver monthly creative direction in line with marketing briefs, art direction and each brand’s unique DNA. This is an exciting opportunity for a style-led creative with a strong commercial eye, a love of fashion and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Produce commercial and aspirational outfits for all DECJUBA brands – DECJUBA, D-LUXE Basics and DECJUBA Kids
  • Ensure all outfits consistently reflect the brand DNA, art direction and deliver to all requirements as outlined in the monthly marketing brief
  • Own on set styling at DECJUBA photo shoots
  • Support post-production of DECJUBA photoshoots
  • Ongoing internal stakeholder management to execute briefs and respond to feedback
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience, industry trends and competitive landscape
