Job Description:

Assist in receiving and managing requests from clients. Assist in the planning, design, and execution of events, ensuring that all elements are managed within the established timeframes at our clients. Assist in interacting with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Assist in gathering information and preparing periodic reports for stakeholders. Contribute with ideas to improve the services provided and the quality of events. Assist in the organization and management of event details, such as décor, catering, entertainment, location, guest list, equipment, and promotional materials. Assist in identifying and resolving issues that may arise before or during the event. Support pre- and post-event evaluations and reporting on the results.
