Job Description

You will sit at the heart of the creative workflow, keeping projects on track across multiple clients. This is a hands on role where you will plan resource, manage trafficking and support the delivery of high quality campaigns that land on time, on spec and on budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and traffic briefs through the Creative Department for your clients
  • Work closely with structural, design, artwork, digital and AV teams to maintain seamless workflow
  • Prioritise and manage creative resource, including freelancers where required
  • Maintain quality standards, ensuring creative leads sign off all priority work
  • Track budgets, timesheets and utilisation to support studio efficiency
  • Contribute resource to new business where needed
  • Strengthen processes and communication across all departments
  • Ensure work aligns with style guides, legal requirements and confidentiality expectations

Requirements

  • 4 plus years as a Creative Services Manager in an integrated agency or pre press environment
  • Solid understanding of ATL and BTL production including POP, POS, print and production techniques
  • Experienced managing traffic flow, WIPs and artwork production
  • Organised, solutions focused and confident communicating with stakeholders
  • Comfortable under pressure, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of structural production is beneficial
  • Mac and PC literate, proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with InDesign
  • A positive, proactive team player with natural leadership skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with major UK, European or global FMCG, shopper or entertainment brands
  • Understanding of structural production workflows
