As a Creative Project Manager at Designity, you’ll be the operational heartbeat behind bold, high-impact creative work: from branding and digital campaigns to web builds and content production. You’ll own complex initiatives end-to-end, connecting client goals with creative execution and leading cross-functional teams with precision, speed, and a strong focus on quality. Balancing timelines, scope, communication, and collaboration, you’ll keep every moving piece aligned and progressing with momentum. You’ll operate with a high level of organization and proactivity, anticipating challenges, identifying risks early, and resolving or escalating issues with clarity. You’ll navigate fast-paced environments with ease, adapting quickly to change while maintaining strong ownership and prioritization across your work. Leveraging AI-powered tools, you’ll streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enable teams to deliver efficiently without compromising quality. Job Responsibility:
Lead complex creative projects end-to-end, including branding, campaigns, websites, and content, ensuring every phase moves forward with clarity, alignment, and momentum
Conduct comprehensive kick-off calls to turn client goals into clear briefs, realistic timelines, and strategic plans that set both Creative Directors and creative teams up for success
Allocate creative resources and manage scope and schedules across multiple projects to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
Own client communications, setting expectations, sharing updates, leading reviews, and resolving issues with clarity and confidence
Evaluate in-progress creative against project goals, providing structure and feedback that drives executional quality
Own final asset delivery, ensuring all outputs are on-brand, error-free, and aligned with client preferences
Identify opportunities to implement AI in project timelines and the creative processes to ensure high quality and fast turnaround times
Monitor project performance, identify risks early, and make real-time adjustments to keep work on track
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing creative projects, campaigns, or brand initiatives in an agency or similar creative environment
Strong understanding of end-to-end creative workflows across branding, digital design, marketing, and content
Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative teams, evaluate work, and ensure alignment with brand and business goals
Demonstrated success managing multiple fast-paced projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines
Experience working directly with clients - owning communication, presenting creative, and navigating feedback cycles
Experience with project management tools and a track record of using AI or automation to improve efficiency
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high degree of accountability
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is a plus
