Aquent is partnering with a leading global retail organization to hire a Creative Project Manager for a contract opportunity supporting a high-volume in-house creative team. This role sits at the center of the creative process, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake through final delivery across both print and digital channels.
Job Responsibility
Manage intake and briefing of creative requests across print, POP, and digital channels
Review project briefs and ensure all required assets and information are available before kickoff
Build and maintain project schedules within workflow management systems
Facilitate production meetings and stakeholder status updates
Coordinate priorities and workload with Creative Leads and Designers
Monitor timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
Review deliverables against project requirements and specifications
Track KPIs, capacity metrics, and delivery performance
Support workflow improvements and process optimization initiatives
Requirements
4+ years of experience in creative services, creative operations, traffic management, project management, or production management
Experience supporting creative, marketing, agency, or in-house studio teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
Familiarity with both print production and digital creative workflows
Experience using workflow/project management platforms such as Workfront, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
