Maintain and update workflow management tools, such as Jira, to ensure accuracy in project tracking and reporting
Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify areas for optimization and process improvement
Oversee annual and seasonal marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with deadlines and priorities
Facilitate project meetings by creating agendas, capturing notes, and distributing actionable items
Administer project management systems and collaborate with creative leads to balance workloads
Identify and address project risks or dependencies, proposing solutions to keep workflows on track
Support budget planning and manage monthly budget tracking and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within marketing or creative environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative projects
Proficiency in workflow management tools such as Jira and familiarity with digital asset management systems like OpenText Media Manager
Strong understanding of creative processes, timeline planning, and brief development
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite for collaboration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
