We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to support the internal marketing team with external agency communications and day-to-day operations. Embedded in the Creative team and working closely with Media Buying, this Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact to external agencies for digital campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the single point of contact for agencies: own day-to-day communication, channel all feedback and decisions, clarify briefs, and prevent conflicting direction
Translate creative strategy and performance data into clear, actionable briefs
Schedule and run bi-weekly status calls and reviews
set agendas, capture action items, and drive them to closure
Coordinate cross-functional partners (Creative, Media Buying, Legal/Compliance, Procurement) and lead quarterly performance reviews and post-mortems at major milestones
Partner cross-functionally with media buying to align and communicate agency creative deliverables
Manage asset production and delivery—versioning, specs, QA, and naming conventions
Ensure brand and legal compliance, oversee final QA, and coordinate smooth handoffs to trafficking
Track agency assets in internal project management and digital asset management systems
Track and report on key performance indicators—on-time-in-full delivery, cycle time, revision rate, and stakeholder satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement by refining briefs, templates, and tool configurations to increase compliance and quality
Partner with Media Buying and Legal teams to define scope, budget, and success metrics
Track spend against the statement of work and manage change orders through Procurement
Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and reconcile budgets
Requirements:
3-5 years project management in marketing/creative (in-house or agency)
direct experience managing agencies or production partners
Strong communicator and facilitator
skilled at consolidating feedback and aligning stakeholders
Proficient with PM tools (Airtable, Wrike, Monday, Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana)
Comfortable with SOWs, change orders, POs/invoicing, and basic budget tracking
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under deadlines
strong risk management and status reporting
Nice to have:
Airtable and Workday admin experience
experience working with high functioning media buying teams
experience around compliance in regulated industries
