Creative Project Coordinator

• Build, update, and maintain project timelines
• Schedule tasks and adjust resources when needed
• Send final deliverables to clients and close out projects
• Prepare meeting agendas and schedule follow up tasks
• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
• Organize and maintain files in shared drives with consistent naming conventions
• Upload and format content on websites
• Assemble slide decks and proposals using outlines and brand templates
• Support trade show and event logistics planning
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures

• Wordpress
• Microsoft Office
• Google Workspace
• Proficiency in project management tools (experience with Scoro a plus)
• Familiarity with file organization best practices for creative projects
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive problem solver with sound judgment
