Job Responsibility:
Operational Excellence & Tool Architecture: Act as the primary champion for Ways of Working, leading the rollout and architecture of Airtable
Full Lifecycle Oversight: Manage large-scale, omni-channel programs from inception to delivery
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with the Creative Growth lead on high-level initiatives, including budget planning, agency partner management, and long-term roadmap execution
Change Management: Navigate complex stakeholder environments with high emotional intelligence, driving adoption of new processes and tools
Mentorship: Act as a senior resource and partner for mid-level producers
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Creative Program Management or Creative Operations, specifically managing large-scale, omni-channel programs
Strategic Mindset
Comfort with Ambiguity
Soft Skills: adaptable, high-EQ, and capable of leading change in fast-paced environments
Airtable Knowledge
Retail Industry Experience
General proficiency in creative workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Frame.io)
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
