Cella is looking to hire a Creative Program Manager. This role sits within our retail client's creative growth team. In this role, you won't just be checking boxes; you will be redefining how their production ecosystem functions. You will act as a key driver in evolving their 'Ways of Working,' moving the team away from siloed production and toward a holistic, end-to-end lifecycle model. Job Responsibility

  • Operational Excellence & Tool Architecture: Act as the primary champion for Ways of Working, leading the rollout and architecture of Airtable
  • Full Lifecycle Oversight: Manage large-scale, omni-channel programs from inception to delivery
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with the Creative Growth lead on high-level initiatives, including budget planning, agency partner management, and long-term roadmap execution
  • Change Management: Navigate complex stakeholder environments with high emotional intelligence, driving adoption of new processes and tools
  • Mentorship: Act as a senior resource and partner for mid-level producers

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Creative Program Management or Creative Operations, specifically managing large-scale, omni-channel programs
