Job Description

We're seeking a Creative Production + Packaging Designer to join a collaborative consumer products team responsible for developing retail merchandise, packaging, and branded product experiences. This is a highly execution-focused role supporting the creation of production-ready artwork, packaging systems, and product assets while partnering closely with product development, creative teams, vendors, and freelance designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibilities with exceptional production expertise and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in product development and creative planning meetings to support new merchandise collections, product assortments, and seasonal launches.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Creative teams to refine concepts, communicate feedback, and manage revisions through approval stages.
  • Create supplier-ready technical packages, specifications, and production files to support sampling, manufacturing, and product development.
  • Design and execute packaging systems, product graphics, labels, and supporting brand assets.
  • Prepare, clean, vectorize, and finalize artwork for production and vendor use.
  • Develop presentation materials for creative reviews, leadership presentations, and product initiatives.
  • Coordinate with freelance designers to track revisions, communicate updates, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Support day-to-day creative operations, workflow management, and project execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in production design, packaging design, graphic production, consumer products, or a related creative field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience creating production-ready files for print, packaging, merchandise, or consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of print production requirements, file preparation, color management, and vendor specifications.
  • Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, color matching, and translating digital designs into physical products.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative concepting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage feedback and revisions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
