As a Creative Producer, you will lead project management and production across several major brands and franchises. You’ll drive the workflow from concept to delivery, maintain strong cross‑functional relationships, and ensure that all creative output is aligned, high‑quality, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage a high volume of work with shifting priorities, and excels at coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Provide end‑to‑end project leadership, building strong relationships with marketing partners and internal creative teams
Manage and prioritize all deliverables in the pipeline, ensuring work meets quality standards and business objectives
Clearly communicate expectations, timelines, and deliverables to all teams contributing assets
Anticipate risks, identify potential roadblocks, and adjust schedules to maintain deadlines
Oversee task prioritization to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget
Route creative materials to stakeholders—including PR, Legal, Studio, and Editorial—and track approvals, feedback, and revisions
Review all creatives to ensure compliance with technical specs, brand guidelines, and legal requirements
Manage multiple workstreams under tight and frequently changing deadlines
Apply deep understanding of project management, workflow, and production infrastructure to keep teams aligned
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external vendors
Represent Marketing Creative in cross‑functional meetings and communicate next steps and action items to internal and external teams
Develop and implement processes that improve workflow efficiency and project management practices
Address urgent issues as they arise, performing effectively under pressure and ambiguity
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in production, account management, operations, and/or project management—preferably within consumer marketing, advertising, or creative environments
Proven ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines while staying organized and detail‑oriented
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple concurrent projects
Experience working with creative teams
Ability to collaborate effectively under pressure with multiple teams and stakeholders
Highly organized, with experience tracking and trafficking a high volume of assets
Skilled at managing multiple approval channels and stakeholder groups
Nice to have:
familiarity with video game production is a plus
