Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Producer who can autonomously drive business development and creative production. This person will own the initial lifecycle of project opportunities, identifying leads, crafting tenders, securing client work from proposal to execution. You will be the bridge between strategic creative vision and flawless, high-quality execution and will manage a portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain a network of potential clients, partners, and collaborators
  • Respond to RFPs / tenders with compelling pitches and proposals
  • Deliver World-Class Service - Maintain focus on client needs by attending client meetings, creating and maintaining organised documentation and responding to client concerns and questions
  • Design creative concepts, themes, and strategic creative strategies that aligned with client needs, brands and briefs
  • Prepare budgets, timelines, and scope of work for tenders
  • Ensure swift turn arounds and delivery of proposal works in a timely manner
  • Manage, supervise and motivate project teams to produce and execute projects to a quality standard
  • Define creative strategies and design direction for events of all scales
  • Ensure proposals uphold strong design aesthetics, storytelling, and brand alignment
  • Set, meet, and exceed revenue and profit targets annually
  • Monitor budgets, costs, vendor pricing, ensure profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organisation and provide outstanding customer service while focusing on client retention

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creative production, events, or similar roles, including business development and securing projects/tenders
  • Demonstrated track record of designing, pitching, and winning creative event production work
  • Strong strategic design sensibility
  • excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and immersive experience
  • Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, negotiation, revenue forecasting
  • High degree of autonomy
  • capable of managing multiple tenders/project pipelines in parallel
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, especially in proposal / pitch contexts
  • Strong knowledge of: experienced with Microsoft suite programs, AI, adobe suit and presentation documents
  • Experience with large-scale or complex events
