The Creative Producer is a core role within the Brand Studio. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering creative production projects—primarily video—from pre-production through post-production. While the role collaborates closely with internal partners, all creative execution, production governance, and brand alignment are owned by the Brand Studio.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and manage creative production projects from pre‑production to final delivery
define scope with stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and production requirements
coordinate shoots, logistics, external vendors, and required documentation
manage production partners, estimates, mandates, and deliverables
act as the primary production point of contact for Brand Studio projects
coordinate post‑production workflows, reviews, and approvals
ensure all deliverables meet brand, quality, and technical standards
maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and approvals
support cost‑avoidance initiatives and master the Asana workflow process
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in video or creative production environments
strong organizational and planning skills
solid understanding of creative and video production workflows
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills
detail‑oriented approach with strong follow‑through
collaborative, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
familiar with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana)
bilingual in French and English
