The Creative Producer & AI Enablement role ensures that our marketing teams deliver high-quality, scalable creative assets with unprecedented speed and efficiency. This position bridges the critical gap between strategy and execution: while our Digital and Brand teams provide the briefing and campaign direction, you will take full ownership of production, operational workflows, and the leveraging of AI to scale our creative output. By centralizing production expertise and introducing AI-driven methods, you will free up capacity for the marketing team and build a future-ready foundation for our creative operations.
Job Responsibility:
Process Ownership & Workflow Execution: independently own the end-to-end production process
translate campaign briefs into concrete production workflows
Operational Lead: act as the central operational hub for creative execution
serve as the primary counterpart to brand and digital leads
Operational Partnership: act as the operational counterpart to brand and digital leads, validating briefs for feasibility and removing technical inefficiencies
Vendor Management: manage contracts, negotiations, and coordination with external vendors and agencies
Quality Oversight: maintain autonomous oversight of timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards
Generative AI Implementation: implement and master generative AI tools to accelerate the production of images, video, and copy
