We’re looking for a Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) to lead the creative direction and execution across all paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, in both the UK and US markets. You’ll play a key role in shaping high-impact, insight-led creative that drives acquisition, engagement, and growth at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and own the global creative strategy for paid performance channels
Build, test, and optimise creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more
Partner with influencer and comms teams to drive high-performing UGC and creator content
Translate creative performance data into actionable insights and future testing roadmaps
Oversee production, briefing, and execution of new ad concepts and creative assets
Continuously experiment with copy, hooks, CTAs, and visual formats to optimise results
Requirements:
Proven track record in creative strategy for paid media and performance marketing
Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience dynamics, and creative best practices
Experience in influencer and UGC content creation and scaling
Data-led approach to creative optimisation and campaign testing
Confident working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Background in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
