Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Operations Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of creative visual merchandising initiatives and photoshoot production. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented PM who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and can manage overlapping timelines across multiple workstreams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Leadership: Lead project management for creative visual merchandising initiatives from initial planning through final execution
  • Photoshoot Production: Serve as the primary producer for photoshoots, managing timelines, resources, and final deliverables
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand vision
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee schedules, budgets, and workflows across concurrent creative projects to maximize efficiency
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure clear communication, alignment, and on-time delivery across all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Creative Operations or Creative Project Manager
  • Technical Background: Strong experience specifically within visual merchandising and photoshoot production
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience across multiple areas of consumer goods creative is a strong plus, especially regarding managing overlapping production cycles
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Availability: Ability to work a consistent 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule
