At Club L London, we create bold, elevated, and aspirational fashion content across Campaign, Content, and E-commerce. The Creative Operations Manager - Post Production is responsible for leading the entire post-production ecosystem, ensuring every asset is delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest creative standard. This role calls for a highly operational, systems-led leader with an exceptional creative eye — someone who can partner seamlessly with the Creative Director and Art Director to uphold and elevate standards across every touchpoint. From imagery and video to graphic assets, you will ensure every output is executed with precision, consistency, and excellence, fully aligned to the overarching creative vision. You will be the engine behind post-production efficiency while acting as a guardian of brand aesthetic. You are both strategic and hands-on: a production expert who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, brings structure to ambition, and transforms bold creative concepts into flawlessly executed realities. This role is critical in scaling our global production capability, driving operational excellence while continuously raising the bar for creative quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all post-production operations across campaign, content, and e-commerce assets
  • Oversee workflows spanning photography, video, retouch, and graphic design
  • Ensure seamless project execution across multiple channels and cross-functional teams
  • Own the asset lifecycle from shoot delivery through to final approval and deployment
  • Drive operational excellence while protecting creative integrity
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine post-production workflows to improve efficiency, output and quality bringing innovation and AI wherever possible
  • Build scalable systems for file management, version control, and asset tracking implanting automation wherever possible
  • Manage timelines, resources, and capacity planning across internal teams and external partners
  • Flag risks, troubleshoot delays, and proactively solve production challenges
  • Prepare clear asset trackers, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
  • Act as the key liaison between Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, and Leadership teams
  • Ensure all assets reflect Club L’s premium aesthetic and meet brand guidelines
  • Review outputs across retouch, edit, and design to maintain consistency and quality
  • Uphold technical excellence while elevating creative standards
  • Introduce best practices that enhance both efficiency and creative output
  • Lead and develop the post-production team across retouch, graphics, and external freelancers building global teams and reporting on KPIS and efficiencies
  • Manage relationships with retouchers, video editors, designers, and external agencies
  • Set clear expectations around quality, timelines, and delivery standards
  • Foster strong cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee file preparation for post-production and final delivery
  • Oversee the upload of approved imagery to the website following defined standards
