Job Responsibility:
Support the development of timelines and assist in tracking project milestones based on Needs & Assets and project calendars
Orchestrate Project Success: You will develop timelines and track milestones, ensuring every project stays on course for success
Champion Collaboration: Lead the coordination of retail marketing touch-base meetings, preparing materials that empower your partners in Brand Commercialization and Marketing
Optimize for Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve team organization and documentation, directly contributing to a more efficient workflow
Navigate the Global Market: Liaise with diverse teams to manage asset deliveries and navigate legal and trademark clearances
Requirements:
Proven Coordination: 1-2 years of experience in operations or project coordination
Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to lead cross-functional calls confidently
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in PC/Mac office software
experience with Workfront or Keynote is a plus
Adaptable Spirit: A proactive approach to shifting priorities and a commitment to detail during peak periods
