We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Creative Producer for our partner company, Duomo, who can build and lead a world-class creative engine for user acquisition and brand growth. Duomo is building a platform for spiritual growth grounded in Christian values. It is modernizing the way over 2+ billion Christians worldwide connect with their faith.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the entire creative production process - from concept through execution, while guiding and inspiring the team to deliver top-quality results for each project
Produce original, user-focused creative concepts that align closely with strategic goals
Review user acquisition data and evaluate creative performance to identify opportunities for optimizing key metrics
Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and platforms to ensure our creative strategy remains innovative and differentiated
Lead cross-functional collaboration with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Product teams
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in creative marketing within mobile apps, tech products, or DTC consumer businesses
Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives in paid social or performance marketing channels
Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and their creative requirements
Deep knowledge of creative testing methodologies and how to scale winning assets
Self-starter mentality with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Fluent in English (B2+)
