Devsinc is looking for a Creative Marketing Executive who can bring ideas to life through compelling content, campaigns, and visual storytelling. This role requires someone who understands modern digital culture, branding, and audience psychology, and can translate business goals into creative marketing initiatives that drive engagement and brand growth.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and web
Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets
Generate innovative ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, launches, and employer branding
Write and supervise engaging content including captions, scripts, campaign concepts, and brand messaging
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and impactful
Support marketing initiatives including events, product launches, and brand activations
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
Track performance of campaigns and suggest creative improvements based on insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in creative marketing, social media, or content marketing
Strong understanding of digital platforms and modern content formats
Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to have
Experience working with creative teams including designers and video editors
