Madbox is a fast-growing mobile gaming company. At Madbox, the Creative Studio produces hundreds of ad creatives every month across multiple game titles - and the operation is scaling fast. We're looking for a Creative Manager to be the operational backbone of this machine: coordinating in-house production, managing a network of freelancers and external agencies, and ensuring every creative ships on time, on budget, and at quality. Reporting to the Head of Creative Studio, you will work hand-in-hand with the Creative Lead to turn creative vision into delivered output at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily production workflow for the in-house Creative Core team (task prioritization, assignments, delivery tracking)
  • Manage all external creative production partners: agencies, freelancers, briefs, deadlines
  • Scale total creative production
  • Implement and enforce KPIs, SLAs, and QC checklists across all production sources
  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard new agencies and freelancers
  • Optimize production workflows, identify and remove bottlenecks, and maintain process documentation

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in production management, agency management, or project management in creative/advertising industry
  • Experience managing multiple external partners simultaneously (agencies + freelancers)
  • Comfortable managing high-volume production (100+ deliverables/month)
  • Budget management experience and negotiation skills
  • Excellent ability to give clear, structured feedback to external teams
  • Strong documentation, SOP creation, and workflow optimization skills
  • Active user of AI tools for process optimization and production management
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or similar production dashboards
  • Freelancer network management experience
