Vidsy is on the hunt for a talented Creative Lead with 3–5+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this advanced role, you’ll play a key part in leveling up our creative output, leading end-to-end production of social content for top global brands like Meta, L’Oréal, Warner Bros, Unilever, and Google. You’ll be trusted to take ownership from the get-go, raising the bar for Vidsy’s creative excellence while collaborating closely with our world-class Creative Team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for generating exciting creative concepts and ideas, then bringing them to life from concept to final delivery. Working with Strategists, Client Solutions Managers, and Motion Designers, you’ll direct our External Creator Community (over 20,000 strong!) to produce high-performing social video content. Job Responsibility:

  • Leading end-to-end production of social content for top global brands
  • Generating exciting creative concepts and ideas, then bringing them to life from concept to final delivery
  • Directing our External Creator Community (over 20,000 strong!) to produce high-performing social video content
  • Collaborating closely with our world-class Creative Team
  • Working with Strategists, Client Solutions Managers, and Motion Designers

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of content production experience, including ownership of the full end-to-end process – from concept through to final delivery
  • Proven ability to brief a range of Creatives - including UGC Content Creators, Designers, Motion Graphics Designers, Influencers and/or Video Editors
  • A strong portfolio of social content created for enterprise-level brands – ideally within an agency, consultancy, or adtech environment
  • Deep expertise in social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snap, etc), a sharp eye on emerging trends, and a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with the wider Vidsy team
  • A strategic creative mindset and a passion for concepting standout ideas across industries – from beauty and retail to gaming and entertainment
  • Proven client-facing experience – from leading pitches and shaping creative strategy to taking briefs and delivering high-impact content

Nice to have:

  • A solid understanding of video production—experience with Adobe Suite is a plus
  • An interest and/or experience utilising AI

  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver insightful campaign reporting, translating data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations. Support team PMs in interpreting results and identifying optimization opportunities.
