Job Description

Our client, a leading global design platform and technology company, is seeking a Creative Lead, Lifecycle to join its in-house creative organization. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, this role will shape how the brand connects with users across the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding and feature education to engagement, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strategic creative leader who combines strong conceptual craft with performance-driven thinking, and can translate lifecycle marketing objectives into bold, high-impact creative campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the creative development and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and other CRM-driven touchpoints
  • Translate lifecycle marketing goals into clear creative briefs and impactful campaign concepts that drive engagement and action
  • Partner with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to ensure creative work aligns with customer journey strategies and business objectives
  • Deliver personalized, high-volume campaigns that balance brand storytelling with data-driven performance optimization
  • Bring fresh creative thinking while maintaining scalable production across multiple lifecycle channels

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with strong experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
  • Proven ability to create high-performing lifecycle campaigns that balance brand storytelling with performance objectives
  • Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Experience developing campaigns across lifecycle channels such as email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and CRM platforms
  • Strong conceptual thinking combined with the ability to execute creative ideas at scale
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, product, and technical teams

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the local PM team, assigning projects, balancing workloads, and driving individual development. Maintain and elevate the team's reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Campaign Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of some of our largest, primarily local brand partnership projects - both media and event-led. Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.

  • Pitches: Confidently present ways of working, budgets, and timelines to clients during pitches, demonstrating deep understanding of both creative and operational considerations.
  • Production: Lead production of events and shoots, managing vendors, and planning & overseeing operations at the event itself. Feature in video content as on-screen talent when required.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver insightful campaign reporting, translating data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations. Support team PMs in interpreting results and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Team Development: Stay informed on tools, competitor activity, and industry trends. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to evolve tools and processes that enhance delivery efficiency and impact.
